Clock Tower Rewind Switch NSP is a modern re-release of the legendary 16-bit survival horror game that helped define the genre long before many modern horror classics. Developed by WayForward Technologies in collaboration with Limited Run Games and published by WayForward Technologies and Sunsoft, this edition officially translates the original Super Famicom title into English for the first time. Players control Jennifer Simpson as she explores the eerie Barrows mansion while being stalked by the terrifying Scissorman. The Nintendo Switch version launched on October 29, 2024. Gameplay

Clock Tower: Rewind ROM features point-and-click survival horror gameplay focused on exploration, puzzle solving, and escaping danger rather than fighting. Players search rooms for useful items, uncover clues, and make choices that affect the story and lead to multiple endings.

The main threat is Scissorman, a relentless killer who can appear unexpectedly. Jennifer must hide under beds, inside closets, and in other locations to survive. Rewind Mode adds modern features such as save states, rewind functionality, motion-comic cutscenes, and an art gallery, while Original Mode preserves the classic 1995 experience.
